Samshion has complete sets of advanced detection equipment and excellent quality control team, to check and ensure quality of each product. We control each link strictly from incoming inspection, process control to delivery.

Pressure Die Casting

Die-casting is a universal, efficient and economical process for manufacturing engineering metal parts, which is suitable for mass production. Die casting materials can be aluminum alloy, zinc alloy and magnesium alloy.

Founded by two engineers, at z f, we provide rapid prototyping and low volume manufacturing services using CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, as well as several rapid prototyping processes. In our inspection lab, we have raw material verification equipment, coordinate measurement machines (CMM), optical projectors (VMM), thread gauges, pin gauges, and high-quality inspection equipment you would expect to find in a professional shop. We also have attained ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification.
